At RIDA MOVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- Please contact us at geral@ridamove.com to initiate an exchange.
How to Return
- Email us at geral@ridamove.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
